Yoga is great.

It helps you to be calm and full of energy. You can become supple and strong.

It can make a big difference quickly. I've had good results running a short "relief from back pain" course of 4 sessions for Open Age.

It's useful in pregnancy or post delivery (and great to do with babies).

Its a fantastic exercise for older people.

It's a very accessible form of exercise for people with physical disabilities or learing difficulties.

Yoga can bring physical and mental benefits to just about anyone.
